About the Role
The relationship between workshops and their suppliers is one of the most important in the automotive aftermarket – and we want to understand it properly.
We're looking for someone with experience in the garage supply industry to help us build Pistonlog in a way that benefits the entire ecosystem. Whether you've worked for a parts distributor, motor factor, equipment supplier, or trade-only supplier, your perspective is valuable.
What You'll Do
- Share your knowledge of how suppliers and workshops interact
- Advise on integrations, features, and workflows that would benefit suppliers
- Test new features from a supplier's perspective
- Help us understand pain points in the current supplier-workshop relationship
- Consult on industry terminology, processes, and expectations
What We're Looking For
- Experience in the garage supply industry – motor factors, parts distributors, equipment suppliers, consumables, or similar
- Understanding of how suppliers work with independent workshops
- Good communication – you can explain complex supply chain issues simply
- Interest in how software can improve the industry
- Availability for occasional calls and feedback sessions
