Each customer record carries a Previous Jobs tab listing every jobcard linked to them, oldest first. Click any row to jump straight to the jobcard.
What you'll see
- Jobcard reference and title
- Vehicle (registration + make/model)
- Status of the jobcard
- Date it was created
The list spans the entire company, not just the garage you're currently looking at (for the garages your role lets you view jobcards in). A customer who's been to Bristol three times and Bath twice has five rows in their history.
Finding a specific visit
There's no search box on the Previous Jobs tab; the vehicle and title shown on each row are usually enough to spot "what did we do last time?". For a vehicle-centric view ("when did this car last have an MOT?"), open the vehicle's own record instead.
Linked vehicles
Next to Previous Jobs is the Vehicles tab, listing every car this customer has been linked to, split into currently owned and previously owned. Click a vehicle to open its record and see its own per-vehicle history (which may include other customers if ownership has changed).
