Each customer record carries a history tab listing every jobcard linked to them, in reverse chronological order. Click any row to jump straight to the jobcard.
What you'll see
- Date and jobcard reference
- Vehicle (registration + make/model)
- Status of the jobcard
- Total value
- Which garage the jobcard belongs to (when you run more than one)
The list spans the entire company, not just the garage you're currently looking at. A customer who's been to Bristol three times and Bath twice has five rows in their history.
Filtering and search
The history is searchable by reference, vehicle reg, or status. Useful for "what did we do last time?" or "when did they last come in for an MOT?"
Linked vehicles
Beside the history you'll see the Vehicles panel listing every car this customer has ever been linked to. Click a vehicle to open its record and see its own per-vehicle history (which may include other customers if ownership has changed).
