The invite flow records that you've offered access to someone and emails them with a link. The accept-side flow is still rough — invitees currently sign up via the normal registration form using the email you invited.
How to invite
Open Team Management → Invite
Or from the team list, click Invite.
Enter their email and pick a role
The role determines what they can do — see Permissions reference for the default four (Owner / Manager / Reception / Technician), or use a custom role.
Send the invite
A "you've been invited" email goes to them via Resend. The invite record is stored in your company's invite list with a 7-day expiry.
They sign up
Today the invitee signs up via the standard registration page using the email address you invited. A polished tap-to-accept flow is planned but not shipped yet — for now, the email link points them at the right place to register.
Accept-invite flow is partial
The invite email and database record exist; the dedicated accept screen is still being built. If you invite Sam, tell Sam to sign up using the email you sent the invite to — that's the bridge that gets them into your garage today.
What if they ignore the email
Invites are valid for 7 days. After that, send a fresh invite.
Removing someone
From the team list, change their status to Inactive. Their history stays intact (you can see who created jobcards from years ago) but they can't log in or be assigned to new work.
