My Work is a filtered view at /my-work showing only the jobcards (and individual jobs) assigned to you. It's the technician's home page in Pistonlog — the first thing they see on web and the main feed on mobile.
What appears
- Jobcards where you're set as the Assigned To
- Jobs (within other jobcards) where you're the assignee of that specific job
- Sorted by appointment date — soonest first
Cards on My Work look the same as on the workflow board, but you only see your own.
Who uses it
- Technicians — for "what am I working on today?"
- Manager — quick check of what each tech has on their plate via per-tech filters
- Mobile — the technician mobile app's feed is essentially this view, with the customer PII stripped per the PII rule
How it integrates with the kanban
You can keep the workflow board open on a workshop screen and have technicians open My Work on their phone. Both are live and reflect the same data — drag on the board, the card disappears off My Work; flip a job's authorisation status on My Work, the kanban card updates.
