Calendar settings control how the appointment calendar looks and when your workshop is open for bookings. Find them under Settings → Calendar.
Booking thresholds
Booking thresholds determine the colour coding on each day cell in the calendar. As more appointments are booked on a given day, the cell colour shifts to show how busy that day is.
You set three threshold values, each measured in hours:
- Green threshold — days with bookings below this value show as green (lightly booked)
- Yellow threshold — days between the green and red thresholds show as yellow (partially booked)
- Red threshold — days with bookings at or above this value show as red (heavily booked)
A live legend preview below the inputs shows what each colour range means with your current values, so you can see the effect before saving.
Set thresholds to match your capacity
Think about how many hours of work your workshop can handle in a day. If you have two technicians working eight-hour days, your total capacity is roughly 16 hours — set your red threshold around that mark.
Working hours
Working hours define when your garage is open, day by day. The calendar uses these to know which days accept appointments and what time slots are available.
Each day of the week (Monday through Sunday) has:
- Open/Closed toggle — mark the day as open or closed
- Open time — when the workshop opens (HH:MM format)
- Close time — when the workshop closes (HH:MM format)
The defaults are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, with Saturday and Sunday closed. Adjust these to match your actual hours.

Closed days are hidden
Days marked as closed won't show available time slots on the calendar. Customers and staff can still view those days, but they'll appear greyed out.
