Send a customer feedback request

After the work is done, send a feedback request by email, SMS, or both

Once a jobcard is Completed, send the customer a feedback request. They tap the link, leave a rating and a comment, and you can optionally redirect happy customers on to Google or another public review site afterwards.

What you'll do

Confirm the jobcard is complete

Feedback requests work best after the job is done — the customer has a fresh experience to rate. Move the jobcard to your completion status first.

Open Send review request

From the jobcard, click Send review request. Pick a channel: Email, SMS, or Both. SMS uses one credit per send; email is free.

Customise the message (optional)

The message body comes from your review settings template. You can edit the body for this one customer — the review link is appended automatically so it can't be deleted by accident.

Send

The customer receives the message with a link to your public feedback page. The page is branded with your garage details and asks for a star rating and an optional comment.

View responses

Responses show up in your Reviews list. You can see who left what, when, and if they left a written comment.

Onward to Google

In review settings you can configure a redirect — when a customer leaves a high rating (say 4 or 5 stars), the page can offer them a "leave us a Google review" link. Lower ratings stay private with you so you can follow up.
