Configure your public review page, the default request template, and the Google redirect for high-rating customers

The reviews settings page is where you configure how the customer-feedback feature works for your garage. The set of options is intentionally small.

What you can configure

The garageReviewSettings table has five fields:

  • Enabled (isEnabled) — turn reviews on or off for this garage
  • Default SMS message — pre-filled into the SMS review-request body when you click Send
  • Default email subject — pre-filled into the email request subject
  • Default email message — pre-filled into the email request body
  • Google review URL — your Google Business Profile review link (usually https://g.page/r/.../review)

The Google redirect

When a customer leaves a rating of 4 stars or above on your public review page, the success page shows them a "Leave us a Google review" button pointing at your configured Google URL. Lower-rating customers see a thank-you only.

The 4-star threshold is fixed in code today — there's no slider to change it.

What you can't configure here

  • The public review page's heading, sub-heading, star labels, or comment-field prompt — those come from defaults baked into the page template
  • The look-and-feel (logo, colours) — those come from your garage info
