The reviews module lets you ask the customer for feedback once the work is done. You can send the request by email, SMS, or both, and every request includes a link to a public feedback page branded with your garage details. Each garage has its own review settings and its own customer-facing URL.
What you'd use this for
- A simple end-of-job feedback ask: "How did we do?"
- Driving traffic to a public review platform (e.g. Google) — set up a follow-on redirect in Review settings
- Collecting internal NPS-style ratings for your own quality tracking
How a review request flows
Pick the channel
Choose email, SMS, or both. SMS uses one credit per send.
Customer receives a link
The link is appended automatically — it can't accidentally be removed from your template body.
They fill it in
Their response shows up in your reviews list.
