Send a customer a feedback request after the work and collect the response on your public review page

The reviews module lets you ask the customer for feedback once the work is done. You can send the request by email, SMS, or both, and every request includes a link to a public feedback page branded with your garage details. Each garage has its own review settings and its own customer-facing URL.

What you'd use this for

  • A simple end-of-job feedback ask: "How did we do?"
  • Driving traffic to a public review platform (e.g. Google) — set up a follow-on redirect in Review settings
  • Collecting internal NPS-style ratings for your own quality tracking

How a review request flows

Pick the channel

Choose email, SMS, or both. SMS uses one credit per send.

Customer receives a link

The link is appended automatically — it can't accidentally be removed from your template body.

They fill it in

Their response shows up in your reviews list.
