Every response a customer leaves on your public review page lands in your Reviews list at /reviews. The list is sorted with newest first.
What's on each row
- Rating — stars
- Comment — what they wrote (may be empty if they just rated)
- Customer & vehicle — who and what
- Jobcard reference — the visit being rated, click to open
- Date — when they submitted
Sorting
The list is sorted newest-first. Filters by rating, date range, or customer name aren't currently exposed in the UI — if you need to slice the data, scroll the list directly.
Following up on low scores
There's no in-app reply-to-review feature today — the reviews list is read-only. If a customer left a low rating with a comment that suggests a fixable issue, follow up with them through your usual channel (call, email reply, message). The review is your prompt; the conversation happens off-platform.
Public visibility
Reviews are private to your garage by default. They don't show on a public-facing leaderboard. The optional Google redirect (see public review page) is how happy customers' praise reaches the wider public — through Google, not Pistonlog.
