The Calendar view is your at-a-glance picture of bookings. Every appointment from every jobcard appears on it, with the vehicle plate visible on the card and the customer name in the hover tooltip. Each appointment can carry its own colour (set when creating the appointment); if no colour is picked, the card uses a default blue (estimates show in grey).

You can switch view with the toggle at the top of the page.
What's on each card
- Title (the linked job or jobcard title, or the appointment's own title)
- Vehicle registration
- Appointment colour (set when creating the appointment; default blue if unset)
- Time of day (if you set one)
Hover a card for the full details: customer, vehicle, jobcard reference, and notes. Click a card to open the linked jobcard.
Working hours
The calendar respects your garage's working hours. Days marked as closed are shaded so they don't look like normal working days.
Per garage
The calendar is per garage. If you run multiple garages, switch garage from the sidebar to see that garage's calendar.
