The Calendar view is your at-a-glance picture of bookings. Every appointment from every jobcard appears on it, with the customer name and vehicle plate visible. Each appointment can carry its own colour (set when creating the appointment); if no colour is picked, the card uses a default blue.

You can switch view with the toggle at the top of the page.
What's on each card
- Customer name (or business)
- Vehicle registration
- Appointment colour (set when creating the appointment; default blue if unset)
- Time of day (if you set one)
Click into any card to open the jobcard.
Working hours
The calendar respects your garage's working hours. Outside-hours slots are dimmed so they don't look like bookable time.
Per garage
The calendar is per garage. If you run multiple garages, switch garage from the sidebar to see that garage's calendar.
