Company Settings

Manage your company profile, garage locations, and billing

Company settings sit above your individual garage. They control your company profile, the garages under your account, billing, and team members across all locations. These settings are separate from the per-garage settings you access from the sidebar.

How to access company settings

Click View Company Settings at the top of the garage settings sidebar. This takes you to the company-level settings area.

Company info

The company info page holds your top-level business details:

  • Company name — your registered company name
  • Logo — upload your company logo, used across branding and documents
  • Website URL — your company website
  • Email and Phone — primary contact details
  • Address — your registered business address
  • Tax number — your company tax registration number
  • Registration number — your company registration number (e.g. Companies House number)
  • Description — a short description of your business

Garage locations

This page lists every garage operating under your company. From here you can:

  • Search for a specific location by name
  • Create a new garage — enter the garage name, address, phone, and email
  • Edit an existing garage's details
  • Delete a garage you no longer operate
  • Open a location to switch into that garage's workspace

Each garage is independent

Every garage has its own jobcards, customers, vehicles, and settings. Company settings give you oversight across all of them, but day-to-day work happens within a single garage.

Billing

The billing page shows your current subscription and payment details:

  • Current plan — the plan your company is on
  • Number of seats — how many user seats are included
  • Cost breakdown — itemised pricing for your subscription
  • Next billing date — when your next payment is due
  • Payment method — your card on file, with a button to update it
  • Billing by location — a breakdown of costs per garage
  • Billing history — a list of past invoices and payments

Updating your payment method

Click the Update Payment Method button to change the card on file. This opens a secure form — your new card is used from the next billing cycle.

Team management (company level)

This page shows all users across every garage in your company. The table includes:

  • Name and Email — the team member's identity
  • Garage — which garage they belong to
  • Role — their assigned role (Owner, Manager, Reception, or Technician)
  • Last active — when they last used the system

From here you can add new team members and assign them to any garage in your company.

Company-level vs garage-level team management

Garage-level team settings (in Settings → Team) manage users for a single garage. Company-level team management gives you a cross-location view and lets you add users to any garage from one place.

Access

Only company owners and admins can access company settings.
