Company Settings

Manage your company profile, garage locations, and billing

Owner

Company settings sit above your individual garage. They control the small set of details that apply to your whole company — branding that propagates to every garage's customer-facing outputs, plus billing. Day-to-day workshop configuration happens at the garage level (see Garage info).

How to access company settings

Click View Company Settings at the top of the garage settings sidebar.

Company info

The company info page holds your top-level business details:

  • Company name — your registered company name
  • Logo — uploaded once and used on every garage's customer-facing outputs
  • Address — your registered business address
  • Phone and Email — primary contact details
  • VAT number — appears on invoices that opt into showing it

That's the full set of fields stored at the company level today. Other things you might expect to live here (website, tax registration number, company description) aren't currently stored.

Garage locations

If you run more than one garage, the locations page lists them. Today the page is read-only — adding a new garage isn't yet a self-service flow in the UI. To add a new garage, contact support.

Each garage is independent

Every garage has its own jobcards, statuses, templates, suppliers, and team configuration. Company-level settings stay light on purpose.

Billing

The billing page shows your current subscription:

  • Current plan — Basic, Pro, or Enterprise (see Plans and pricing)
  • Next billing date
  • Payment method — your card on file, with a button to update it via Stripe
  • Billing history — past invoices

Pricing is flat per workshop, not per seat — you don't pay more for adding team members.

Access

Only company owners can access company settings.
