Company Settings

Manage your company profile, garage locations, and billing

Owner

Company settings sit above your individual garage. They control the small set of details that apply to your whole company — branding that propagates to every garage's customer-facing outputs, plus billing. Day-to-day workshop configuration happens at the garage level (see Garage info).

How to access company settings

Click your company name at the top of the sidebar, then choose Manage Company.

Company info

The Company Settings page holds your top-level details:

  • Company name — your registered company name, editable here
  • Logo — uploaded once and used on every garage's customer-facing outputs. Upload it from Workshop Settings → Workshop Info (the upload slot on this page is coming soon).

That's the full set editable at the company level today. Address, phone, and VAT number are set per workshop in Garage info; other things you might expect to live here (website, company description) aren't currently stored.

Garage locations

The Sites & Billing card lists every garage in your company with its plan and renewal date. Adding a new garage isn't yet a self-service flow in the UI — to add one, contact support.

Each garage is independent

Every garage has its own jobcards, statuses, templates, suppliers, and team configuration. Company-level settings stay light on purpose.

Billing

Each garage in the Sites & Billing card shows its subscription:

  • Current plan — Basic, Pro, Enterprise, or Lifetime (see Plans and pricing), plus a total monthly spend across garages
  • Next billing date — when the subscription renews (or expires, if cancelled)
  • A Manage button that opens the Billing page, where you can change plan; payment methods and past invoices live in the Stripe billing portal (Manage in Stripe on the subscription page)

Pricing is flat per workshop, not per seat — you don't pay more for adding team members.

Access

The Manage Company menu entry only appears for the company owner (and admin-level accounts), and edits are owner-only.
